All our sites are indexed by search engines in the same way as any other site, however some search engines cannot read the content correctly. We therefore (automatically) produce a HTML variant of the site which can be read by users without Flash or Javascript (including search engines).

Clever Penguin websites (from Silver package upwards) also include optimisation for search engines where meta tags and image alt tags are added to help with search engine ranking.
