Yes - A choice is available to display the site exactly as per a PC / Mac / ipad would display  or it can be published in a mobile optimised version.  The optimised version rearranges the content to display on a small screen which makes the site easier to navigate.  When browsing the mobile site users will have the option to flip to the standard version.
